About Me
A’ho, Glah neh teh’, Edlanet’e.
My name is Shay. As a Denesuline from English River First Nation and a mother deeply invested in mental health advocacy, I launched a business to combat the stigma around mental health and addiction. This venture, driven by passion and a commitment to change, produces merchandise that empowers people to face their struggles openly, blending Indigenous humor with serious discussions to build community. The journey has been a blend of creativity and strategy, with every design reflecting resilience and self-care, and humor that resonates within the Indigenous community. As my business grew, so did my belief in the transformative power of entrepreneurship to destigmatize important issues and foster positive change.
